Walmart turns to employees for speedy delivery

Just ask Walmart, it is easy to ignore obvious resources.

"How could Walmart miss its 1.4 million employees?" That might seem impossible, but that's what happened - until they got serious about going head-to-head with Amazon for speedy delivery.

Now, Walmart sets up daily delivery routes based on the way employees go home from work. They drop off and get paid extra.

The program is voluntary and employees let it be known when they want to participate.
